RTC: Startseite anpassen

Hallo zusammen,
wenn ich im Rollencenter im Startmenü "Diese Seite anpassen" möchte bekomme ich immer folgende Meldung und der RTC schließt sich.
Eine Neuinstallation von Navision bringt nichts.
Das Problem tritt bei allen Usern auf.
Was könnte hier das Problem sein bzw. was könnte ich noch tun?

das Löschen der XML-Datei hat leider nichts geändert.

Die Seite enthält ein unzulässiges Steuerelement-Add-In. Wenden Sie sich an den Systemadministrator.
Das sieht so aus als ob in deinem Rollencenter ein Addon enthalten ist, das auf deinem Rechner nicht installiert ist.

Das Problem tritt jedoch bei allen Rechnern die Navision nutzen auf.
Welches Build ist denn da im Einsatz
Wir nutzen die Build Version 32012, also schon recht alt.
Kann es davon kommen? Bisher ging es sonst immer...

Dann muss auf allen Rechnern das Addin installiert werden. Um welches Addin es sich handelt, kann nur spekuliert werden.

In dieser Version prüft NAV noch nicht ob ein unzulässiges Clientaddin in der Seite enthalten ist. Das schreit ja förmlich nach einem -> Build Update
